Would not recommend this company to anyone as they practice unethical behavior. **What do you dislike about outreachbin?** Signed up for a lifetime deal early on as an early adopter. Recently their staff decided that they would no longer honor this lifetime deal because "they are running a business" and then promised to refund all past payments, which they did not do and are ghosting any communications. This is the behavior of scrooges. Extremely disappointed. Particularly when we endured all of their technical glitches in the early days as early adopters, only to have them renege on their promise. Any company that behaves like this is walking a very fine line and the effects are sure to compound for them. Not recommended in any way. **What problems is outreachbin solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. Went through endless bugs and glitches on their platform only to have them dishonor their promise to early adopters and then refuse to take responsibility for their decision. ### 2. Scam of a company. Dead company. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a year. They keep charging me. Their website has not been updated since 2021 if you look at the footer. They are a scam. I can't even log in as the website is down to cancel. **What do you dislike about outreachbin?** Everything. Their customer service is nonresponsive. I can't even log in. There is no way to cancel my subscription where they keep charging when the business has been dead for more than a year. **What problems is outreachbin solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was suppose to be utilized for email sales however the app does not even work and can't even login. ### 3. However, most of the time, I saw very poor email results. Now we clean our lists and make sure to avoid spam as I know this isn't down to the email tool. However, i referred multiple people to outreachbin and they had experienced the same issue. High open rates but no actual responses. I then did a test for myself and it was showing 100% open rates so the tracking was not working. I reached out to support regarding this issue and they mentioned that it was ultimately down to being logged into the mails (which we weren't). I re-tested this again and the same results. Support did their own testing then recommended removing the domain tracking. after about 4 weeks of looking into this (Having clarity over your numbers is a big reason to use software right?). This was happened in and around the time of my second-year renewal. I initially reached out to about getting a refund 5 days afterward and explained the issues I was facing and also the other user that i had referred. Unfortunately, staff informed me that I was no longer able to get a refund which is unfortunate. I understand T's & C's but i had expressed this concern almost as soon as i noticed the re-bill I then asked again about the refund. Overall after using outreach in for a year and almost a month, I have had to change my review in the beginning the software seemed fantastic however after my experience I feel the need to change this. **Recommendations to others considering outreachbin:** Use it as a trial and see what your results are. As the software has grown the original team members we dealt with are no longer there and the new support seems off. **What problems is outreachbin solving and how is that benefiting you?** None really. I have better delivery and response rates on usual emails. If anything the past year of using the tool wasn't worth the setup time and or hassle with going to and from support with issues. ### 4. It was a bit buggy at the start, but that was fine and expected, the team was extremely supportive/friendly and resolved their bugs in no time. From theron it has been smooth sailing, and they keep building new features that make keep making my processes easier and easier. Honestly I am so excited to see where Outreachbin goes, because we're along for the journey! **What do you dislike about outreachbin?** You can only send a maximum of 40 emails per day through the cold email warmup, but if you are technically savvy, that is enough. **Recommendations to others considering outreachbin:** Start using it now! **What problems is outreachbin solving and how is that benefiting you?** We immediately solved cold email warmup. But now looking at how much their software has evolved, we are going to use their prospecting software as well. Benefits = Emails that don't go to spam & Land in our prospects inboxes. I was using Lemlist prior, and as soon as I changed over to Outreachbin, it was a flood of positive results Kinda shocking actually. They also have super fast customer service that always responds and walks you through your problem towards a solution. **What do you dislike about outreachbin?** They are still adding to their site every two weeks, so more functionality is needed. They are super responsive though, and have been listening to the market and making changes quickly. **Recommendations to others considering outreachbin:** Jump on board Outreachbin. It's more affordable than other platforms, and provides better results. **What problems is outreachbin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bringing in more leads via cold email. Less time with more results. I was not seeing much success with other platforms. I'm glad I found Outreach bin. I'll be going back and using past emails that did not receive a reply, and checking to see what Outreach bin delivers. ### 7. The team behind this product is phenomenal as well, constantly furthering developing what they have and using customer feedback to bring in what is missing. **What do you dislike about outreachbin?** The only thing I dislike is that they are missing a feature I would like to have, but it is already on the roadmap to be out in the next two weeks after userfeedback, so this is really more a testament to them listening than a negative. **Recommendations to others considering outreachbin:** If you like LemList, MailShake, Reply.IO, Snov.IO, or any of the other cold email outreach tools, then you will love the hyper focused solutions that outreachbin is providing. **What problems is outreachbin solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has been phenomenal for warming up new emails, keeping email reputation top notch, deliverability high, and having an easy way to scale cold email outreach campaigns. ### 8.
