"With Outreach, your team can design smarter workflows that help every rep sell like your top rep"
3/5
What do you like best about Outreach?

Outreach is an incredibly effective tool that has significantly boosted my team’s productivity in sales outreach. The ability to schedule emails in advance and place prospects into automated sequences streamlines long-term engagement without constant oversight. It also helps me stay organized by tracking follow-up tasks like calls. One of the most valuable features is its email tracking, which shows opens and clicks—making it easier to identify engaged prospects. While Outreach also offers additional analytics, we haven’t fully explored those yet, but they show promise for deeper insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

there are a few features I find lacking. For example, if I want to personalize emails for just a handful of contacts within a sequence, I have to either set a reminder to manually tweak the email right before it sends—defeating the purpose of automation—or create an entirely separate sequence for one or two people, which clutters my workflow. More affordable tools like Yesware offer one-off automated sequences with built-in logic to halt follow-ups after a reply, which feels like a basic yet missing functionality in Outreach. "SDR Manager"
5/5
What do you like best about Outreach?

I've used Outreach for 5+ years as an SDR and as an SDR Manager. I knew Outreach was a top of the line product when it comes to prospecting but now I've also had the chance to use competitor products and get a better feel for the landscape of prospecting products. What i've found it confirmation that Outreach really is the best product on the market. While others have similar capabilities and possibly different offerings, Outreach is the most comprehensive and user friendly of the bunch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

I'm utilizing Outreach's AI features and trying to adopt all of their new releases. As far as my company's needs they are completely met. As my team expands I hope to find new ways to use the system and will continue to provide suggestions for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Sequences with Smooth Performance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Outreach?

I like how you're able to customize your own sequences with Outreach. Whether I want to include LinkedIn messages, manual emails, auto emails, or create a call-heavy sequence, I can tailor it to suit the prospect I’m reaching out to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Sometimes, it runs into issues with a person a past rep already put somebody in a sequence, so it makes you have to go in manually and pause or cancel that sequence to put them in a new one. Besides that, though, it works pretty well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Interface, LinkedIn Sequences, and Email Outreach That Cuts Manual Work"
5/5
What do you like best about Outreach?

We can link our LinkedIn account and use it in the sequence.

The interface is clear and defined, and I never take the support team's help.

Boost performance by email with an outreach tool and reduce manual work.

Pricing is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Sometimes it lacks. I have different steps in my sequence, and the first two steps were manual. So, when I completed my manual sequence, it is still showing the task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easier Setup with Great UI, Needs Automated Dialogue"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Outreach?

I find the calling facility in Outreach exceptionally valuable, as it enhances my ability to connect with clients efficiently. The feature that allows me to schedule emails is another aspect I truly enjoy, as it ensures timely outreach and communication with customers. This integration between calling and email functionalities is incredibly useful, as I can easily reference the sent emails during calls, providing a seamless workflow and enhancing my productivity. Additionally, the setup of Outreach is straightforward, thanks to its great user interface which simplifies the experience and makes the overall process much simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

I dislike the absence of an automated dialogue feature in Outreach. This is really missing and would enhance the user experience by enabling smoother interactions with customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Sales Workflow, But Needs More Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Outreach?

I really like how Outreach is an easy tool to navigate. I can see all my prospects and tasks in one place and make dials while simultaneously writing emails to other prospects. I also enjoy how my I can access Salesforce accts when I'm making a dial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

I wish there were more capabilities for automation in Outreach like a traditional email marketing platform like Pardot or HubSpot. More automations to send different emails at different times depending on if they open my email or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Conversations into Actionable Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Outreach?

I like Kaia because it turns every sales or CX conversation into structured insight. The real-time transcription, note-taking, and content cards help us keep good notes and forward them to product and marketing for additional customer insight. It was also easy to get added and learn the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Setting up content cards and the search features aren't as robust as they could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
