Love how the sequences which can be created in a jiffy and also how I can use the in built scheduler, lead validation and the chrome plugin which can help with populating and enriching my prospect list. Outplay is the best CRM - Customer/Prospect dialler platform out, there. Apart from adding innumerable number of contacts into the platform, we can also dial the contacts, back-to-back without any interruption time. Outplay also integrate with many software such PipeDrive, SalesForce etc making data transfer, much easier. Outplay has a very structured customer support wing. He also mentioned step by step process I need to execute to make the platforms form a bi-directional sync. This quickly resolved my ticket and they have managed to keep me as a happy customer.
