Outplay's multi-channel sequence builder is top-notch, and the tool's easy-to-use calling function and tracking features make connecting with qualified leads a breeze.Tthe user interface is ridiculously simple. Yes, I encounter numerous glitches and issues. "I sent it to the dev team... ill let you know when we have an update" is a common response. Not very useful, and I don't always get the update. Sequencing is the best part, automation helps you get the best out of your outreach to cold customers and keeping them engaged. Not much to talk about, but would love to see more features to the platform. Some form of AI on the system would be a game changer. Outplay makes creating and deploying high-quality sequences on the JMM framework very easy and intuitive. I use Outplay for Outbound Sales. I recently switched from Lusha.io and Outreach ..It provides sufficient analytics that allow you track your sales performance. The tasks dashboard allows you to understand how prospects are engaging with your emails in real-time. sales repst can run custom campaigns and get those responses within the tool is good. And one more good thing about Outplay is Outbound calling to any countries phone numbers in any geography, leave voice messages and then seamless integration with CRM system for logging the calls. Payment process to add credits using india credit card was horrible experience 2. Lack of knowledge of success teams on the above 3. I used and using the Outplay for my Outbound calling as it helps me to do intenaltional calls and help me leave voice messages and track the calls and log the calls in to the CRM system. I do not need to enter call details and follow up details manually and this takes a big chunk of work and saves time. I have also strated using the tool for sending emails but still need to get used to it. However need more inbuilt template library or email samples would help.
