Easy to use, simple interface, and probably the best customer support I've experinced. We've tried multiple platforms with our clients and Outplay is by far the one that has been the easiest to implement and adopt across multiple orginizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Outplay? There is not much to not like. The mapping to SFDC can be a bit cumbersome if you do not know what you are doing. In the trial period I can see how this can get people messed up... but best practice would be to not connect to SFDC until you know what you are doing and how you want to map fields/objects.
