We have been performing greatly with Outplay and the calling feature is great too. The choice of numbers for various countries does help us make the job much easier. There are bugs that we do come across most of the times across the system especially with filters or reporting, which we escalate to the customer support team immediately and then they have to get in to fixing them. A lot more additional features need to be included, especially would be excited to see the custom reporting feature which would help the customers unlock a lot of data analysis. The response time is always immediate, and the consultants point me in the right direction. They are always willing to dig deeper into complicated issues, even though we are small business with only one sales executive; hence only one Oneplay license for USD 99 monthly. Outplay was recommended to us by a highly rated Salesforce-only consulting firm that knows all the solutions in the market. The integration with Salesforce and outlook works well. Outplay is simple to implement and powerful enough to let you automate tons of outbound processes...SMS, email, dials - when I was using this, I was able to closely replicate automations I had running in HubSpot, which is pretty impressive.
