AI-generated phishing scenarios can reflect the organisation, employee responsibilities and familiar workplace services. Campaign settings let administrators control test frequency, training frequency, email style and maximum difficulty. This supports an ongoing awareness programme with less manual campaign administration. Employees who interact with a simulated phishing message receive feedback explaining the warning signs and targeted training to reinforce safer behaviour. Progressive difficulty provides increasingly challenging tests as employees improve. Administrators can review individual test settings as well as results across the organisation. The reporting dashboard brings together simulated email delivery, opens, clicks and credential-entry events. Monthly trends help teams see how responses change over time and identify where further education is needed. CSV and PDF exports support internal reporting and help document the security awareness programme. OutPhish Australia is designed for business owners, IT managers and security teams in Australian small and medium businesses, including professional services firms. Managed service providers can also use the platform to support client organisations. Written setup and user instructions are available. Support tickets can be submitted 24 hours a day, with a response SLA of one business day. OutPhish also offers a free online cybersecurity awareness course at app.outphish.com/training. The course covers recognising suspicious requests, checking them safely and reporting concerns through five lessons with assessments. It is available separately from the phishing simulation platform.
