Firstly, I love the interface of the software. It is simple, has a great already customized font, and is easy to navigate. Outlook for mail also allows for a flexible increase of storage capacity by IT administrators. I remember when I had to increase my limit, it took the IT guy just about 10 minutes to do so when he said it would have taken longer if I used a Justhost Webmail to handle my mails. I have to refresh at interval before mails drop sometimes. I also don't like that the refresh button is not named "refresh" instead it is named-"send/receive All folders" making it uneasy for anyone to easily get a grasp of what button to click to refresh a mail.
