I love that I can setup this program to sync my data on startup. This allows me to set it and forget it! I configure once, and every time I open Outlook it will sync with Google. Outlook4Gmail allows me to use both my google accounts with outlook and and also sync my calendars, contacts and notes, all of which are connected with my google account.
