It is simple, has a great already customized font, and is easy to navigate. Outlook for mail also allows for a flexible increase of storage capacity by IT administrators. I remember when I had to increase my limit, it took the IT guy just about 10 minutes to do so when he said it would have taken longer if I used a Justhost Webmail to handle my mails. I am also able to see mail notification alerts as pop-ups on my screen when I am no longer on my mail page. **What do you dislike about Outlook4Gmail?** I have to refresh at interval before mails drop sometimes. When it did, I could receive outlook notices via gmail which made checking my schedule and responding to work emails much easier, especially due to the issues with Outlook on phone. **What do you dislike about Outlook4Gmail?** After several weeks of use, there were issues with syncing gmail and outlook. Sometimes it would resolve, but it got worse and worse - especially with updates. No longer using, but will use again once the kinks have been fixed in terms of the gmail-outlook syncing. **Recommendations to others considering Outlook4Gmail:** Try it out. If it works for you, it is fantastic.
