My business laptop caught a nasty virus somehow and wouldn't let me open my email or access most of my folders which contained valuable financial data. I worked with out IT guy who recommended this software after he read a review that said it was the best software to use for this purpose. With his guidance I was able to regain access to majority of my emails and documents, even the ones that were password protected! We only had to use the first recovery mode and it worked perfectly! I really was impressed by the software allowing us to preview the files before we saved them as there were some that I no longer needed and would have just taken up much needed harddrive space on the new laptop. **What do you dislike about Outlook Email Recovery?** We have to go file by file as the software wouldn't allow us to do more than one at a time so it was pretty time consuming, however it was worth the end result! I wish I have saved a screen shot for validation purposes but it was out IT guy that helped set the account up, which is in a different department than the one I work in. **Recommendations to others considering Outlook Email Recovery:** This software saved me from having to recreate over 40 documents/spreadsheets and reach out to at least 20 people to resend information via email! If you have an issue with corrupted files I recommend you look into this software! **What problems is Outlook Email Recovery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lost email and documents due to computer crashing/infection with virus were recovered.
