On installing, it was obvious the software was not the same as the screenshots shown on the website – it was much more basic. On running, it did deduplicate some emails but corrupted others and removed important metadata. While the company does offer a money back guarantee it took a lot of persuasion for them to give me a refund. **What problems is Outlook Duplicate Remover Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software did not solve my problem ### 2.
