It should have more features, such as support for more browsers, either through extensions or updates. Not having an option for other applications requires only relying on Outlook, which requires purchases and other applications just to use this service, and that demotivates many users who want something simple. Outlook makes it so easy to keep multiple projects in one place, where other employees are able to easily access it. This ability to keep everything in one place ensures that spreadsheets, documents, and so forth are never lost or overwritten. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
