Outlay is an expense management tool built to handle both personal and corporate finances in a single dashboard. Instead of manually typing out receipts, users can snap a photo or forward an email, and the built-in OCR automatically extracts the merchant, date, and exact amounts. It stores a digital backup of all financial documents and tracks recurring subscriptions. For groups and roommates, Outlay functions as a bill-splitting tool. You can divide expenses instantly and send a web link to friends so they can settle up via UPI without needing to download the app or create an account. For businesses and freelancers, the platform includes corporate card issuing, custom invoicing, and automated GST/ITC tracking to generate audit-proof tax reports. It also includes a public fundraising module with built-in fraud detection.
