I started using Outgrow about 7 years ago. Used it for a while then stopped using it when I no longer needed it. Returning after 7 years I love how much Outgrow has grown. It's easy to use. First of all, the Outgrow quizzes offer lots of customization options which is great -- particularly if you have a quiz in mind where result computation might not be so straightforward.

Second, the chat is always available if you need help, and they're really fast with their answers.

Third, Outgrow has been very flexible and welcoming in terms of pricing when I needed another feature that was not included in my plan. They say they offer custom plans for small businesses, and they really do! If you're not sure they have a plan that's right for you, talk with them and they'll create a plan that's right. Though I have zero knowledge about coding, outgrow has made the interaction so straightforward. I love the fact that there are so many varieties in pre made templates, especially for quizzes and surveys. The best thing about outgrow is the fact how easy it to navigate and use it. Their offerings and features have helped us a lot in creating content, quizzes etc. It has helped a lot in exploring the digital area and make it attractive for our customers. Overall the look and feel of the published quiz is simple but I think too basic. I could upgrade for more features but I don't use it enough to justify the price. The email for results is also too basic looking. I got a lot of help and support from Customer Service when I first signed up, but then it was a lot of chasing to get replies. I tried to use the quiz as a lead gen tool but I didn't get enough traction, I think it's important to really push the quiz for results, which I need to do more of. I was looking for a tool to build a calculator. I had previously used another solution that was extremely difficult to use and took months to finish. By the time it was complete, it wasn't providing what was needed. With Outgrow, the calculator was so intuitive and easy to build and any questions I had were promptly answered by the support team. For me the best thing would be the ease with which they let others you build quizzes, forms, contests etc. You would think that you would need a designer for all these things but Outgrow has made it so much easier. The implementation of the platform is easy, but it can take time for a person to understand it initially. So a person who has a good sense of understanding things can be a master of Outgrow.
