What do you like best about Outdoo AI?

Its a wonderful software that records all of the calls that i schedule, Helps with the summary of what transpired on the call as well as the total transcript of the call. This feature really helps when i have forgotten a few things that i may have discussed on the call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outdoo AI?

What do you like best about Outdoo AI?

The call summary and action items in MeetRecord are very detailed and concise as they outline everything that needs to be reviewed after the call.

It removes the need to take any additional note(s) while being on the call as it covers the Call Purpose, Key Points, Follow Up Tasks, and Call Summary in very detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outdoo AI?

While it automatically joins the GSuite calls when integrated with the email IDs, some additional effort is required to set in the settings for it to join the Teams call of external clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your feedback about the integration with Teams calls, as you know when a call hosted by external member they have to allow notetaker to join the meeting, if they deny then meeting can't be recorded. We have an alternative where you can resend the notetaker to join the meeting from your calendar widget in home page. Please use that whenever you face challenges like this.

We understand your concern about shorter calls impacting your average, your account admin can set a rule where no score calls are score which are shorter (say 10 mins).

What do you like best about Outdoo AI?

It offers comprehensive conversation intelligence - automatically recording, transcribing, and giving AI review summaries of our calls. I really like how it highlights key moments in a call; objections, todo's, follow up points, next steps, and more - making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

The call scoring is really useful, especially when coaching best practices, and pin pointing improvements and success strategies.

It's so user-friendly/intuitive also, which is a huge plus for onboarding and training.

Even though we use another meeting transcriber tool, I more than often find myself referring back to MeetRecord. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outdoo AI?

I don't think I've used it enough/only use it (so far) for training purposes, so not quite sure! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its a good tool to be used specially for the sales csm team as we have a lot of meetings to attend and we might miss what we discuss in the meeting, the tool helps in giving a detail summary and email suggestions as well, which is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outdoo AI?

Agile and focused on the customer. They are quick to answer and are very proactive. Everything is easy to use and fast. The onboarding and integration was clear, fast and factored in the needs of our business. CSM team has been very proactive and focuses on getting up to speed asap. Amazing value, and the price is very competitive.
