What do you like best about Outdoo AI?

I like the search function - I'm easily able to find specific calls based on topics my team covers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outdoo AI?

Sometimes it’s glitchy about when it joins a meeting. For example, if a calendar invite is sent to me by someone external, or if I’m given ownership of an existing meeting invite, Outdoo doesn’t always prompt me to join the call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most of the time it is configuration at the account level and can be fixed easily.

I also appreciate its clean, intuitive interface and the ability to share snippets or highlights with my team, which makes follow-up and collaboration much faster. There’s room for improvement in making the analytics dashboard more customizable and allowing deeper CRM integrations.
