What do you like best about Outdoo AI?

I like using Outdoo AI for its easy environment and clean, easy-to-use website. It's particularly useful for training new contractors without sacrificing the time of existing staff. What do you dislike about Outdoo AI?

What do you like best about Outdoo AI?

I like that with Outdoo AI, I can now handle real client situations because I have practiced on the mock calls it offers. The AI report doesn't quite get the speaker right. I'm not sure why this is, this happens even between clearly female and male voices (deep and high). The "summary/conclusion" is very sales based and so the red flags and actions are aligned with sales, I use it in a CS account management setting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We apologize for any issues with the AI report not accurately identifying speakers. We have made leaps and bounds of improvement since August'24 (original review date) and now our speaker identification is accurate 96% of the times. We understand that there is still a lot to improve upon, and we will be working on enhancing this feature to provide more accurate results. We understand the importance of providing unbiased summaries and will work on making the reports more balanced for CS teams as well.
