OutcomeWatch is a Shopify app that checks your order automations really worked and flags failures. Shopify Flow or another app can report success while the order is still wrong, such as a VIP tag that never got added or a fulfillment hold that never applied. You pick a trigger (order created, paid, cancelled or fulfillment changed), define the expected outcome (a tag present or absent, or a financial or fulfillment status) and set a grace period. After the deadline, OutcomeWatch re-checks Shopify's real order state and logs an incident showing what was expected and what Shopify has. Paid plans send an email for each new incident. It is read-only: it reports what did not happen and never changes your store. Free plan with 1 watchdog and 100 checks a month; Starter is $19 a month with a 7-day free trial.
