ReachInbox has a fantastic email warm-up system and inbox rotation feature. When you add an email to the warmup the system checks if the authentication settings (e.g. SPF, DMARC) are in place correctly. It would be great to add more filters and labels to sort replies-making the process of handling multiple inboxes much easier. Additionally, more native integrations would be very interesting. Having a built-in CRM connection would also save users a lot of time and contribute to automating things. That said, Zapier is doing good - it’s a suggestion for making things smoother like what exists in HubSpot.
