What do you like best about OutboundEngine?

What do you dislike about OutboundEngine?

The email open rates are terribly low and most go into spam, including emails I send to close friends, family and myself. I haven't had much engagement with the social media posts, my own posted content generated better response. So far, zero ROI in several months of use at one of their highest tier programs.
