Keenan help me start from scratch on FB and was extremely helpful. **What do you dislike about OutboundEngine?** If there is anything I dislike is the cost.. but at the same time I have to admit I am really cheap and do not like to spend money. Also, I hate being put under pressure as I was during the sales call. The content is always good and warrants interaction on my social media pages and the click through is good in the newsletters. **What do you dislike about OutboundEngine?** Not that I would use it much but it would be nice to be able to customize the emails a bit more. **Recommendations to others considering OutboundEngine:** The cost may turn people away initially, but the ROI is there. **What problems is OutboundEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to maintain contact with my clients without taking too much time out of my schedule to do so. They are very willing to work with you and tailor to your specific needs and parameters **What problems is OutboundEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am hoping to get more social media exposure and more brand recognition.
