That being said, we don't really need that service. Most of them are not opening up the emails. It doesn't help up retain customers. **What do you dislike about OutboundEngine?** It's not really that user friendly to send a customized email. **What problems is OutboundEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mass emails to existing clients. ### 2. All I have to do is give them the contacts. **What do you dislike about OutboundEngine?** The price. It really is a great service, and the customer service is next to none, but for a start up it's truly not affordable. **What problems is OutboundEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've discontinued my service recently. But there was a lot of benefit to OE. And their analytics and tracking was superb. I sold a lead after seeing interaction on my desktop. ### 4.
