Many other workforce management software programs ask you to set up a "morning shift" like 7am-3pm and then assign that shift to a person. Our company and life itself needs more flexibility than that. We can set any time range for any person and it can be different every day for every year. It also uses basic copy and paste functionality already easily understood by staff so the learning curve for new administrators is very low. We also like the messaging function and its flexibility. We can message staff when their shifts change but we also can hold those notifications when we are testing out a new schedule allowing us to draft things right in the software. I know that administrators and staff alike use the tool every day and rely on it as a valuable tool. **What do you dislike about Findmyshift?** Some key functions are missing from the system. Time zones specific to the staff person would be helpful. Many of our staff work remotely all over the country yet have to interpret their shift in Mountain Standard Time. One additional feature that we have admired in other software programs is the ability to set the work location day by day. With more companies including ours employing hybrid workers, we would like to be able to dictate which days are in office vs work from home. One other draw back is that it does not integrate with any of our other systems, meaning we have to provide a manual reports to our payroll personnel as we do not wish to use the system itself to track hours and pay rates. **What problems is Findmyshift solving and how is that benefiting you?** Provides the ability to create schedules for a customer support team with niche skills and needs with the utmost flexibility. ### 4.
