It allows us to quickly get messages and communicate with a diverse workforce, most of whom are not computer-based and do not use computers in their day-to-day work. We have seven different restaurant locations and over 400 employees spread out throughout the Twin Cities, with varying schedules. That can often make direct, one:one communication difficult. OurPeople app was easy to set up and deploy to our team members. We have been able to use it for day to day communication, training, in the moment updates, and more. The best part is we can track who is receiving the information and when they are reading it, so takes the guess work out. The team at OurPeople are great to work with and very supportive. Originally we were hoping for an option for auto-translation (English to Spanish) of our messages to ensure all of our employees had equal and timely access to messages. Intuative system that is easy to use. You can create some great content and target which of your employees needs to see various communications. Additional areas such as being able to upload files and manage access is also extremley useful.
