**What do you like best about OurHarvest?**

Compared to other competitors, it is much easier to use, the sign-up process is less tedious, the rates are much better, and the selection is greater than most other companies out there.

**What do you dislike about OurHarvest?**

Sometimes the time is a little longer than other bigger companies due to the sheer volume of the trucks they have to deliver. There is also some staffing issues they need to work out, and sometimes when I ask to call if something is sold out, they don't and either don't get the item or get something completely different without my knowledge.

**What problems is OurHarvest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of being stuck to a work computer and not having enough time to shop, helps with people with anxiety/stressed out it's one less thing to have to put on the to-do list at the beginning of the day

**What do you like best about OurHarvest?**

That the products are very fresh. They come in a quick time and are always of good quality. That's why I really appreciate this service. Also it's very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about OurHarvest?**

Right now not much. It has been a good experience throughout, so I can't really say anything bad. If there is something then probably that the customer service could be responding a little quicker.

**What problems is OurHarvest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are basically like an online supermarket with really good products. You don't have to go to the store anymore, but they deliver all infront of your doorstep.

Good selection of products and convenient drop-off services!

Good experience, although I've had better and more seamless experiences with Indian grocery delivery apps

Lack of time, lack of supplies in a particular area
