OurFCMO (Our Fractional CMO) sets up and runs outbound pipeline programs for B2B companies. We build and verify the lead list, set up sending domains and authentication, run LinkedIn and cold email outreach (with cold calling and SEO/AEO as add-ons), and handle every reply through our Pipeline Concierge: replies answered, meetings coordinated and confirmed, no-shows rescheduled, and each meeting followed through to its outcome. Clients get a same-day note when something is urgent and a weekly pipeline report led by meetings held, opportunities and closed deals. We count conversions, not replies.
