The program is easy to use, yet powerful enough to survey and gather information from the team. We can chain together objects and create surveys, communicate goals, ask questions, and present images to the team. We have been able to unobtrusively gather work preferences, times, locations from team members. Monthly sales information is also easily communicated with standard operating procedure (SOP) documents in the file repository. Team activity is easily monitored from the main dashboard and through the reports functionality. The apps for iOS and Android seem to work well and we have no issues in getting the team set up once they are hired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about OurPeople? Notification for some team members are spotty, so they don't notice communications as quickly as we would like. We are working with support to correct. Lack of spell check in one of the field types. What problems is OurPeople solving and how is that benefiting you? More timely communication of business information and eliminating the noise created by MMS messages to the entire group. The team feels more "in-the-loop" with what is happening in our multi-location company and can easily access files related to our standard operating procedures from wherever the are located at the time.
