I love that our customers always know where we stand with them. It keeps us organized and accountable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Otuvy? The lack of customer service. Seems like the company has changed because we used to be told that cleantelligent can be creative and custom yet they got rid of all of our custom additions. Our CEO also wrote to the President with some concerns and he never replied back. The level of care has truly dropped. I guess we aren’t big enough of a customer. Inspections are very detailed Trends are very helpful Clients are automatically notified upon completion of the job It's customizable and that's a huge plus...Off the shelf softwares generally don't allow much creativity but Clean Telligent is very handy with this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Otuvy? I think interface could be a little more user friendly Security should be increased I don't know if they have it in place now but back in the days when I was using it, it didn't allow the finger print authorization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Otuvy: Improve the graphical Interface Home screen should have a compilation of everything going on in the background.
