What do you like best about Ottimate?

We've been working with Ottimate for our third-party AP management needs, and one thing that really stands out is their customer service. The team is consistently friendly, professional, and extremely responsive — anytime we have a question or need support, they’re quick to reply and eager to help. Their responsiveness makes the process smoother and adds a level of reliability that’s genuinely appreciated. While every solution has its unique strengths and challenges, it's clear that Ottimate values their clients and takes communication seriously. What do you like best about Ottimate?

The best thing about Ottimate is the ease of AI. It is very easy for General Managers to scan and approve invoices because of Ottimate's AI features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ottimate?

The vendor pay feature is troubling. I do not like how Ottimate takes the money from our bank account then does not follow through with the payment on their end. There have been slips in payments being withdrawn from our banks but not paid to the clients. This happens when the Vcard feature does not go through, and Ottimate does not pay them via ACH or check. What do you like best about Ottimate?

Ottimate is a time-saving tool used to help us process invoices and get approvals from managers associated with certain accounts.

We currently have over 50 locations using Ottimate, and I, at the corporate location, can easily assist anyone using this program and manage the invoice process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ottimate?

The only issue I have is that you can't create a space in the invoice number; it is just a run-on without spaces, even if you use the space bar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
