There is some frustration around customizing restrictions and uploading that I have experienced. We would like GL level restrictions to prevent coding departments to balance sheet accounts. Using Ottimate has greatly reduced the time for both our managers and accounting team for AP. We love being able to easily review invoices later in the month when running budgets.
