Ottimate streamlines our accounting process, which has allowed for my accurate and timely financial reports. We now have more time for in-depth reconciliations and analysis of accounts, and we couldn't be happier with the product and service we have received. This software is user-friendly, and offers tons of neat features that I haven't seen from competitors. The downside of using Ottimate would be that it has created more work for us in our office, by that I mean we may not have gotten to certain reconciliations every month due to our long and tedious accounting process. Ottimate immediatley solved our long and tedious manual process, additionally it allows us to see which departments are holding invoices and not submitting them to accounting in a timely fashion. Using Ottimate has greatly reduced the time for both our managers and accounting team for AP. We love being able to easily review invoices later in the month when running budgets. Still working on some of the reports being helpful, they are a little clunky still. Also, sometimes the AI isn't reading our invoices correctly and there is more work needed to process than expected. The vendor pay feature is troubling. I do not like how Ottimate takes the money from our bank account then does not follow through with the payment on their end. There have been slips in payments being withdrawn from our banks but not paid to the clients. This happens when the Vcard feature does not go through, and Ottimate does not pay them via ACH or check.
