I like the ease of accessing and downloading invoices. The setup was really easy, way easier than other platforms I've used. **What do you dislike about Ottimate?** I think the thing that could improve is the interface. So some dashboards and reports could be easily inputted into the platform. **What problems is Ottimate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ottimate helps me track everything on one site, making end-of-month closures and invoice reconciliations easier. All issues have to run through support, there isn't much you can fix on your own. Different modules have different rules on how the same button works. **What problems is Ottimate solving and how is that benefiting you?** No more paper, no more filing cabinets full of invoices. Details are at my fingertips all of the time. More fuctionality with Quickbooks online New items are easy to code Can process 24/7 Per Page price can be higher at lower tier plans Adding fuctionality in future releases **What do you dislike about Ottimate?** Manually have to export the PDF to Quickbooks Online Processing times can vary 20 secs to 5 mins Additional trainings can be a charge **What problems is Ottimate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had someone manually coding line items day in and day out. Everything is very self explanatory and user friendly. Customer support is great, super fast on responses too. **What do you dislike about Ottimate?** Not being able to export into excel a list of pending invoices for review. **What problems is Ottimate solving and how is that benefiting you?** AP automation is the problem Ottimate is solving for us.
