It is very easy for General Managers to scan and approve invoices because of Ottimate's AI features. **What do you dislike about Ottimate?** The vendor pay feature is troubling. I do not like how Ottimate takes the money from our bank account then does not follow through with the payment on their end. There have been slips in payments being withdrawn from our banks but not paid to the clients. This happens when the Vcard feature does not go through, and Ottimate does not pay them via ACH or check. This happens too frequently in my opinion. **What problems is Ottimate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of their vendor setups are not working correctly.
