The quality of candidates available on Otta is significantly higher than other sources including LinkedIn, direct approaches and through recruiters. By creating a platform attractive to top candidates, we find it very easy to source candidates quickly. (Around 40% of our hiring has been via Otta). Outward sourcing is awesome and candidates are very responsive.

There's a tight integration into workable so that our jobs go straight into Otta and candidates into Workable. We can add questions for candidates to fill out which make it easy to identify the most interesting ones.
