**What do you like best about OTA Sync?**

OTA Sync provides a lot of easy to use features that are really beneficial to manage our chain of hotels in a better way.

**What do you dislike about OTA Sync?**

Have tried few other management solutions as well and that too at a cheaper price than OTA Sync but it provides cloud based data storage which is an added advantage.

**What problems is OTA Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us in replacing the old redundant way of hotel management with advanced software platform. This led to improved staff productivity and higher occupancy due to real time availability check.

  ### 2. OTAsync is useful for hostels which you can book on various websites, but sometimes it is bugging.

**What do you like best about OTA Sync?**

You can cancel a reservation easily on OTAsync, without going to Booking, Airbnb, etc.

**What do you dislike about OTA Sync?**

Sometimes it doesn't allow me to cancel a reservation via phone OTAsync app.

**What problems is OTA Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easier to follow the reservations in general. It benefits the receptionists a lot.

**What do you like best about OTA Sync?**

Their applications and super easy to use web interface are like the only thing you'll ever need if you have up top 50 rooms.
But I see they are working hard and pushing new changes weekly so soon it will be perfect for large complexes too.

**What do you dislike about OTA Sync?**

I need to write here something as this is a required field but actually, there is nothing I dislike.

**What problems is OTA Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing 5 channels from  1 extranet
Automatic Emails
Easy statistics and reports
mobile app so everything is always with me
