Easy to use Hotel Management Solution **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Anmol A. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2023 **What do you like best about OTA Sync?** OTA Sync provides a lot of easy to use features that are really beneficial to manage our chain of hotels in a better way. **What do you dislike about OTA Sync?** Have tried few other management solutions as well and that too at a cheaper price than OTA Sync but it provides cloud based data storage which is an added advantage. **What problems is OTA Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped us in replacing the old redundant way of hotel management with advanced software platform. This led to improved staff productivity and higher occupancy due to real time availability check. ### 2. It benefits the receptionists a lot. ### 3.
