It manages conversations and follow-ups across the guest journey, from the first enquiry and booking to pre-arrival communication, in-stay support and post-stay follow-up. Osvi coordinates voice calls, WhatsApp, email, chat and actions in connected business systems. Agents use shared guest context and booking information to answer questions, handle requests and keep work moving across conversations. When a guest needs a person, Osvi hands the conversation to the team with a summary. This helps staff continue from where the agent left off, rather than ask the guest to start again.
