Product search and comparison initiatives are simplified with ReqSuite® RM. Whether you're working in a group or on your own, you can keep all of your notes and priorities organized and interact with your suppliers for instant feedback. Once you've elegantly organized all of your information with easy-to-read summaries and match comparisons. It is relatively simple to rapidly and effectively implement a consistent strategy to IT acquisition, particularly software acquisition. ReqSuite® RM continually impresses my clientele. There isn't much to say adversely about ReqSuite® RM; it is known that they are still a young product with some rough edges here and there, but the ReqSuite® RM crew is highly quick to requests/suggestions, which makes dealing with them simple. As a systems integrator and management consulting firm, we have recommended ReqSuite RM as the basis for multiple client solutions. The extremely customizable base system provides capabilities that we have been able to incorporate into various solutions outside of the requirements space. For example, using the workflows, AI-driven data quality monitoring, visualization tools, document artifact management, and more, we have designed solutions for simplifying procurement processes including issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and evaluating vendor responses.

We have also created a sophisticated Program and Project Management (PPM) tool based on ReqSuite to simplify the monitoring and reporting work of a Project Management Office (PMO). This PPM implementation traces every project deliverable/work package back through program goals to original business case line items, ensuring that all deliverables across all projects in the portfolio are only included if they either (a) satisfy a business case element, or (b) are mandated by regulatory or corporate standards. This helps with efficiency and maintaining focus.

I particularly like the flexibility when adapting requirements specifications to the context. The RM tool allows me to manage scenarios, user journeys, epics, use cases, user stories, user requirements, stakeholders, glossary terms, etc., of which I can freely customize the composition and their attributes depending on a project's needs. The customer service is very solution-oriented, and I have seen vast improvements getting made over the years. Especially how responsive the UI has become deserves praise. I would like a quick notification the first time I use ReqSuite after an update, which briefly shows/tells me what is new. What currently can happen is that I get surprised by a change, which sometimes requires me to change my workflow. Knowing this beforehand would allow me to anticipate how to deal with the changes. Reqsuite is the modern approach to requirement management. It is a very approachable solution, especially compared to complex and costly tools such as doors. Nevertheless, reqsuite does not lack the necessary features - en contraire, the team of osseno is listening to feedback and releases updates frequently.
