OSNota is a free work order system for auto repair shops in Brazil ("sistema de ordem de serviço para oficina mecânica"). Shops create unlimited work orders with parts and labor, keep the vehicle history by license plate, and see the cost, margin and gross profit of each job, all at no cost and with no time limit. The free plan also includes customers, vehicles, products and services, accounts payable and receivable, and inventory control: in-progress work orders reserve parts, completed ones deduct them, with minimum stock alerts and stock counts by spreadsheet. Optional add-ons cost R$ 2.90/month each: license plate lookup, extra users, PDF reports, and purchase invoices imported from the supplier's NF-e XML, which register the supplier and parts, update stock and cost, and create the bills to pay. Runs in the browser on computers and phones, with free data import from previous systems.
