**What do you like best about OSCAR EMR?**

Tickets- great communication tool and reminders for yourself 

**What do you dislike about OSCAR EMR?**

The old style look of the software is a little offputting 

**What problems is OSCAR EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes communicating with doctors when they're not in clinic a lot easier.

**What do you like best about OSCAR EMR?**

Color coordination for different providers and different documents
The feature for blood work results to be directly added to patient chart and to be easily reviewed was great

**What do you dislike about OSCAR EMR?**

Limited training resources, therefore not used to full potential 
Assigning scanned documents to patient chart was not intuitive

**What problems is OSCAR EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transition from paper charts to digital charts allowed easier review of patient files

Initial transition was difficult, but ultimately saved time

Easy and straightforward to use. 
Tick boxes enable the user to quickly fill in documents.

**What do you dislike about OSCAR EMR?**

Tick boxes can sometimes be irrelevant to the medical situation and not applicable. 
Can sometimes crash but may be to do with a large server

**What problems is OSCAR EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not applicable.
It is used for patient medical documentation
