"User-friendly, but with complex workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about osapiens?

I really like the simplicity of operation with osapiens and that I can immediately call up the business partners and instantly see their risk score. The user-friendliness helps me a lot because I still have many other tasks to complete that arise in daily business. Therefore, a quick overview is very important to me, as well as not having to switch back and forth between different tabs or programs. And I can see all of this with just a few clicks. I can send out questionnaires relatively easily if there should be any problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about osapiens?

Sometimes there are too many functions, so you don't know exactly what to click to achieve what you want. Also, I don't like that you can't call up business partner questionnaires again once they are being processed by the business partner. I find that a bit tricky. The workflows are relatively complicated, and if an error occurs, the whole thing doesn't work at all. You are then very dependent on support. Additionally, the initial setup of osapiens was complex and required many appointments to set everything up properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Holistic hub for process management – flexible and industry-oriented"
4.5/5
What do you like best about osapiens?

A holistic hub that sensibly connects business-relevant areas. Ideal for the management and monitoring of processes, with numerous customization options, allowing the application to be tailored individually to one's own requirements. Additionally, the solution is industry-oriented and offers a great range of services. The whole package is rounded off by a great team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about osapiens?

The great offer naturally comes at a price, which unfortunately may not always be feasible depending on the company. Additionally, the handling is not necessarily intuitive, resulting in a somewhat greater training effort for those involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Suite Approach with Customization Strengths and Reporting Gaps"
4/5
What do you like best about osapiens?

I particularly value the suite-based approach of osapiens, which enables an integrated handling of different compliance and sustainability requirements within one platform. The seamless integration via the SAP connector ensures efficient data flow and reduces manual effort. Additionally, the high level of configurability—especially in questionnaires, evidence management, and risk settings—allows for flexible adaptation to specific business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about osapiens?

The reporting and analytics capabilities within the platform are currently not sufficient and offer limited flexibility for in-depth evaluations. In addition, there are several minor usability issues and bugs that affect the overall user experience when working with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Promising Solution for EUDR Compliance"
4/5
What do you like best about osapiens?

What I like best about osapiens is how it simplifies complex compliance tasks through automation and provides clear visibility into data and processes. I also really appreciate the support team . they are always friendly, responsive and affective at resolving issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about osapiens?

It's too early to say, as we haven't started using osapiens in production yet. We are currently focused on the onboarding process and the Academy training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Luisa Feile of osapiens

Thank you for the great review!

Glad the automation and data visibility are already making an impact, and that the support team has been strong throughout onboarding.

Wishing you a smooth rollout, and glad the ERP integration and user-friendly setup are giving your team a solid start for EUDR compliance.

"Comprehensive ESG Platform with Continuous Innovation"
5/5
What do you like best about osapiens?

osapiens covers a wide range of ESG solutions, allowing all software needs for sustainability management to be handled via a single platform. Combined with their ambition to lead in this field, we don’t have to worry about using an outdated solution; instead, we can rely on continuous development and openness to customer feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about osapiens?

The dynamic ESG regulatory landscape forces osapiens into a state of continuous development. Consequently, achieving a perfectly polished solution for ESG reporting can feel like a moving target. This challenges us as users, as we must constantly update our workflows to incorporate new software functionalities (e.g., CSRD reporting). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Interesting, pleasantly structured work sessions per module"
4/5
What do you like best about osapiens?

I find the work sessions given per module very interesting and well-structured. This way, you are guided through the process in a calm manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about osapiens?

I sometimes find it not entirely clear where you can go with your questions. Additionally, my questions are sometimes not fully answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Luisa Feile of osapiens

Great to hear the module-based work sessions are giving your team a calm, structured way through the process.

Your point on unclear escalation paths and questions not always getting fully answered is important though, and something we want to fix. No one should be left unsure of where to turn.

Thanks for the honest feedback!

"Standardized platform for traceability and compliance"
4/5
What do you like best about osapiens?

The solution helps us meet regulatory and customer requirements, particularly in the areas of traceability Ftrace. It is also positive that a standardized platform is provided, which can be used by multiple partners.

At the same time, we currently see potential for optimization, especially regarding the required effort, the integration into existing processes, and the cost-benefit ratio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about osapiens?

Unfortunately, our workflow has not improved with Ftrace, but rather become more complicated. The rights assignment is cumbersome, and the data view display from a corporate perspective with multiple locations is not well resolved. You have to create a separate user for each location and constantly log out and back in, which takes a lot of time in everyday life. The website's performance is also not convincing: it takes noticeably long for the data to be linked and everything to be displayed correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Standard Setup That Covers Almost Everything"
5/5
What do you like best about osapiens?

The standard set-up, which can be adjusted to fit your needs, but which already covers almost everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about osapiens?

It is not yet fully automated in terms of validating documentation, meaning a lot of validation still needs to happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and Systematic Tool, but Demos and Expectations Need More Clarity"
3.5/5
What do you like best about osapiens?

The tool offers extensive application possibilities. The employees are friendly and responsive, and the overall approach is audit-proof, diligent, and systematic in day-to-day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about osapiens?

There were a few things that felt oversold in the initial meetings compared with the product’s actual capabilities. I also found the demos fairly hard to follow, partly because there are so many customization options, and the business cases for when it makes sense to customize aren’t explained very clearly. "Efficient interfaces, but challenging setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about osapiens?

I think it's good that we can transmit data to Traces with osapiens and get it back. This helps us verify our business processes, especially with non-EU imports. We use osapiens to transmit orders to Traces, for example. It works well to obtain the necessary numbers in the EUDR process from the EU or our suppliers, who may also use osapiens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about osapiens?

It was certainly not easy to set up the interface, especially regarding the master data. That took some time. The master data is not always easy to handle via the interface, particularly with regard to the phase-in and phase-out of items, suppliers, and info records. There is a lack of a simple overview in the ERP system of what has been sent and what has not, as well as where errors may have occurred. There are standard interfaces between SAP and osapiens, but there is still potential for optimization, especially when it comes to deleting data and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Luisa Feile of osapiens

The Traces connection and non-EU import verification clearly earn their place here, that's exactly what osapiens should be doing for your EUDR process.

Your points on master data setup are well taken, especially the phase-in/phase-out handling and the missing overview of what's been transmitted successfully in the SAP interface. That level of detail is genuinely useful for our product team.

Thanks for the thorough feedback!
