Orzon is the Brazilian platform that aligns strategy and execution with OKRs. Objectives, KPIs, teams, tasks, projects and processes live in the same database, so what was planned becomes what is being done, with no integrations or side spreadsheets. The KPI that measures a key result is the same one that feeds the dashboard. The task closed on the board moves the objective's progress. The team leader is the one who approves a goal change. Built for Brazilian companies: Portuguese from the first label to the last email, pricing in BRL with invoice, data hosted in Brazil and support in your time zone. Includes OKRs with cycles and guided check-ins, KPIs with automatic collection from spreadsheets or APIs, Kanban boards and Gantt, projects with planned vs. actual cost, processes with SOPs, org chart and roles, performance reviews and engagement surveys, and Orz, an AI assistant that reads the operation and acts with permission. Free plan for up to 5 users, no credit card required.
