Orvexify is appointment reminder software that automates patient notifications to reduce missed visits. It sends email and Whatsapp reminders 24 hours and two hours before appointments, allowing patients to confirm, cancel, or reschedule with one click—no app or login required. The system features a centralized database storing appointment history and contact details, with customizable reminders that include clinic branding. A real-time dashboard tracks confirmations, cancellations, and no-shows, offering insights into missed appointment patterns. Clinics simply share an appointment form link, and Orvexify handles reminders and responses automatically. It integrates with Google Calendar, supports multiple staff, and instantly updates clinics on cancellations or reschedules, enabling efficient time slot management.
