"Efficient Dialing with Salesforce and Gong Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Orum?

Integrations with Salesforce and Gong make it easy to filter through lists and makes dialing more efficient. Orum also allows you to filter by number temperature, letting you focus on the phone numbers of prospects that are more likely to pick up. Eliminating wasted time on phone numbers that typically do not answer has been key in driving more conversations and more meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

One thing I ran into was having prospects tell me at times my number was coming through as "potential spam". This forced a change to input specific numbers instead of using Orum's "Boost Connect" feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Prospecting with Quick Calls and Boost Connect"
5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

I use Orum for prospecting, and I appreciate how it helps me sequence accounts and prospects. It assists in finding cell phones and emails for enrichment, allowing me to efficiently send out follow-up emails and calls to targeted prospects. I like how we can make calls a lot quicker compared to manual dialing, and the Boost Connect feature is something I love the most. It helps me find the right numbers to call prospects, ensuring they align with the regional area codes where the prospects reside. I also think it's pretty cool that leadership can sit on calls for live listening, and it's great that we can listen to other reps to see what's working for them. Everything was fairly easy to set up, and we were up and running in just a matter of minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

Everything on Orum works pretty well. Sometimes I've tried to call my own cell phone, and it showed up as somebody else's name being spoofed. Outside of that, everything works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Cold Calling with Time-Saving Benefits"
4/5
What do you like best about Orum?

I love that Orum saves me time by allowing me to call multiple companies and prospects at once. It eliminates the need for calling individual prospects. I really appreciate being able to load up my list from Outreach or Salesloft and blast through it in 90 minutes instead of spending all day cold calling. This efficiency leaves me with more time for other productive sales activities. The ability to use 'hot numbers' and focus on doing more prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, and increasing the quality of my lists is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

The detection of call screeners and voice mails could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changer for Team Efficiency and Coaching"
5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

I love the AI scorecards at scale, which are great for reps to coach themselves. I also really love our CSM, who is a huge asset and extremely helpful. The customer service that I get from Orum is one of the best parts. I like that reps can see a baseline for their scoring and that every call is automatically scored. It really helps with training and onboarding new hires. Our CSM has helped onboard several new people, train the team when things weren't going well, and has flagged issues I wouldn't have seen otherwise and taught me new features. The initial setup was super easy, taking just a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

I think the UI could maybe get a little bit better, but overall, it's fine, and it is pretty easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Dialing with Power and AI Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

I like using Orum for its ease of usability. The power dialing feature is great because it's easy to load up a sequence and it dials numbers one after another, allowing me to keep going with notes upfront. I also appreciate the AI coaching feature, which makes it easier for me to learn, practice, and get going once I'm practiced. Additionally, the initial setup was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

There's sometimes syncing issues with Outreach. I can't really elaborate. It's just sometimes it pops up, and I have to go in and manually log it in Outreach. The only way to do it would be to have a perfect sync. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
