"Outstanding Tool for Cold Calling Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

I use Orum for cold calling, and it's been great. The functionalities allow me to reach so many leads and clients in such a short amount of time, giving me a productive boost. I love how I can get new phone numbers and avoid being mistakenly placed into the spam inbox, which increases my reach. The initial setup was seamless and uncomplicated. I just logged in, dialed in, and it worked right away. I would recommend Orum to every professional in the United States who does cold calling sales or anything similar. Our team was able to grow significantly, and Orum has been incredibly valuable in boosting our productivity and margins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

I wish I could have more in-depth integrations with CRMs. It takes a lot of time to transfer information from one system to another, which can be frustrating. Specifically, the integration with Salesforce is buggy, and improving this would definitely enhance the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Calling with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

I use Orum to call through my call tasks in Outreach, and I like the streamlined user interface it offers. The 'boost call' feature is great as it helps me get increased pickup rates. I also find the auto-voicemail and auto-call screening recording features to be nice. The setup of Orum was easy, with no issues. It’s significantly cheaper than the product we used before, Nooks, while offering the same features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

My team has reported a significant delay when being connected to a call while doing any amount (2+) of parallel dialing. This is one feature that my colleagues appreciated more in Nooks, which had a quick connect time and a responsive transcript of what the prospect is saying before being connected to them. For parallel dialing sessions, it would be helpful if Orum could find a way to connect to answered calls faster and speed up the transcript generation so that salespeople can be more prepared and graceful when starting a conversation. "Salesforce integration is excellent, but APJ data coverage holds it back"
3/5
What do you like best about Orum?

The Salesforce integration is the standout for us. My team lives in Salesforce daily, and being able to pull a report straight into a calling list saves real time. Calls are logged automatically, so reps aren't dialling, then switching tabs to log activity manually. That admin time adds up fast across a team.

The live listening feature has also become a genuine coaching tool. Being able to drop into calls in real time makes feedback faster and more specific than reviewing recordings after the fact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

Two things worth flagging if you're evaluating.

First, no Groove integration. My team prospects across multiple tools, and Orum sitting outside that workflow means we're working in silos. It creates friction and fatigue, and it's been a consistent sore spot.

Second, and this matters if you run an APJ team: mobile number coverage in the region is limited. Most of my reps don't get the data quality that makes the dialer worth it, so we're not seeing the full value of the tool. If your team is US-based this probably won't affect you, but for APJ-heavy teams it's a real limitation to factor into the decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Orum Frees Up Reps’ Time for More Real Customer Conversations"
4/5
What do you like best about Orum?

Listening to ringtones, hitting disconnected numbers, or leaving 20 voicemails in a row is exhausting and eats up time that no one has today. Orum gives our reps more time to have real conversations with our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

With parallel dialing, the reps have no idea who will answer until the exact second they pick up. Reps have to instantly react and pitch without context, which can lead to generic, unpersonalized conversations and it is a learning curve for most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Orum’s AI Dialer Supercharged My Prospecting Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

The most valuable aspect of Orum for my daily workflow is the sheer efficiency of its AI-powered dialer and parallel calling features. Instead of manually dialing and dealing with downtime, it lets me focus entirely on live conversations with prospects. The seamless integration with Outreach and my CRM eliminates manual data entry, so I don't have to move prospects between systems, allowing me to spend my energy strictly on prospecting and booking meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

The main drawbacks are occasional AI misclassifications on call dispositions and minor platform lag. Additionally, parallel dialing relies heavily on clean data to work well, and the workflow customization options feel a bit limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Sales Calls, But Needs Tweaks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

I like how Orum's AI-powered dialer, parallel calling, and seamless CRM integration save me a lot of time. It helps me focus more on having live conversations with prospects instead of manually dialing. This automation reduces downtime and eliminates manual data entry, allowing me to concentrate on prospecting and booking meetings. The integration with Outreach means that data flows seamlessly, so I don't have to manually move prospects between systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

There are a few areas that could be improved. The AI can occasionally misclassify call outcomes, and parallel dialing isn't always as effective depending on data quality. The platform can sometimes feel laggy and experiences minor issues. I would also like more flexibility in customizing workflows. So, the occasional bugs, inaccurate call detection, and limited customization are areas I'd say need attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Orum Supercharges Productivity with Parallel Dialing and Coaching Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

What I like most about Orum is how much it improves our team's productivity and calling efficiency. It helps SDRs connect with more prospects in less time through parallel dialing, reduces manual work, and makes it easier to stay focused on meaningful conversations. The analytics and coaching insights are also valuable for helping reps improve their performance and drive better results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

One downside is that Orum can sometimes create too much focus on activity volume, particularly the number of dials, rather than the quality of conversations and outcomes. More dials do not necessarily translate into more connections, meetings, or pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Prospecting with Integration Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

I like that Orum makes calling simpler and allows me to access information about my prospects while I call. It helps me dial through a list of prospects a lot quicker and in a more organized fashion, and also lets me see a lot of the information on each prospect. Instead of just looking at a name, I can also see the last times I've called them and if I've talked to them before. That's really helpful when calling through a list of prospects. The initial setup of Orum was easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orum?

I sometimes find that it doesn't sync to Outreach or Salesforce, which are other tools that I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Outbound Prospecting"
5/5
What do you like best about Orum?

Orum has been a game changer for my outbound prospecting. It helps me connect with more prospects and spend less time manually dialing, allowing me to focus on the conversations that matter. I find the platform easy to use, which has made my calling blocks much more productive. The automation features such as automated calling, predictive dialing, and disposition mapping, as well as integration with Outreach, are very beneficial. They save me time from dialing numbers and waiting for unanswered calls, and significantly increase my call volume and meetings booked. The initial setup was very easy, which was a relief. I would definitely recommend Orum to sales teams looking to scale their outreach efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
