**What do you like best about Ortto?**

I love that i can easily set up different types of campaigns, starting with SMS, Push, email or audiences. Journey creation is much simpler as well as choosing a filter audience instead of creating segmentations.

**What do you dislike about Ortto?**

I would have liked if all the media available in Autopilot was moved over to Ortto as when we are creating campaigns from scratch we cant use previously used images. I would also have liked if the free SMS option would have carried onto Ortto from autopilot.

**What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces the time to analyze each campaign that is sent out, it has an incredible amount of metrics that can be easily analyzed. Also, the way to create A/B testing in emails is a lot more friendly than in Autopilot. Ortto allows you to select the type of AB testing to be done when creating a new campaign.

**What do you like best about Ortto?**

I like the interface and easy analytical reporting on Ortto. My favorite feature is the calendar view, which really helps me assess our posting schedule. I also really enjoy the EDM editing features and interface; it makes it very easy when doing end-of-month reporting to see what sends I made in the previous month. The editing features and interface are easy to use, and it is quite straightforward to make a nicely templated EDM for sending. I also found the initial setup to be an easy transition for my team and the sales team.

**What do you dislike about Ortto?**

While I am a fan of the interface, it can become a little fiddly at times, especially when it comes to adding images and getting formatting and sizing to work properly. It's just the sizing editing is a bit fiddly, and doesn't work sometimes correctly. It requires me to close out and re-enter to make it work.

**What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ortto for EDM sends, and I like the easy analytical reporting. The calendar view helps assess our posting schedule, and the EDM editing features make creating templated emails straightforward.

**What do you like best about Ortto?**

What I like most about Ortto is how easy it makes it to manage customer data and run campaigns all in one place. The interface feels clean and intuitive, the journeys are simple to build, and the insights are laid out clearly without ever becoming overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about Ortto?**

What I dislike about Ortto is that it can feel a bit complex at first, especially when I’m trying to set up more advanced journeys. Some features have a noticeable learning curve, and the platform can also slow down when I’m working with larger datasets, which makes the overall experience feel less smooth at times.

**What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ortto addresses the challenge of scattered customer data by bringing everything together in one place. For me, that makes it much easier to send personalized, automated messages and to get a clearer view of customer behavior, without having to manage every step by hand.

Ortto is impressive in consolidation of marketing automation platforms and customer data, which includes unified customer profiles 
The program offers visual journey of our customers, which helps us in customer analytics

Ortto is not basic in setting up and exploring its full potential, and this calls for multiple orientations and training 
The program misses on some integrations, for instance, we lack major eCommerce integrations

Ortto fetch accurate customer data from emails, CRM, websites and POS and this assist us unify client’s data

**What do you like best about Ortto?**

I've been using Ortto for email marketing for over a year now and highly rate the tool. The user interface is clean and intuitive - it's easy to find what you're looking for and navigate between the different features. The journey builder is sophisticated in its capabilities yet easy to use. The customer support is excellent - quick to respond and very helpful. The team always follow up with updates on any outstanding issues or questions. We've also received performance tips from the wider Ortto team with regular reports to help us stay on top of performance and identify any issues. 

Compared to the previous email marketing tool our company was using, I've been able to create much more complex automations that have increased engagement and give me a clearer view on how our campaigns are performing. 

At time of writing this review, the landing page builder has just been released and that's a huge bonus. I've been using Typeform, which came at an additional cost, so having a solution in Ortto will be a cost saving. The available integrations, including Typeform, Salesforce and Meta, is one of the reasons our company chose this software. Implementing these integrations hasn't always been smooth, but that seems to be an issue with the capabilities and reliability of those tools, rather than Ortto. 

So overall, I'm a huge fan and would recommend the software to others.

**What do you dislike about Ortto?**

Honestly, I can't think of anything. Even when things haven't worked how I thought they would or if there have been bugs, the team have always been so responsive and actioned fixes as quickly as possible that it's hard to find fault.

**What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ortto solves the problem of managing customer communication at scale when you also need to rely on personalisation for more effective messaging. It's benefitting us by enabling us to do that while pulling in data from different sources.

**What do you like best about Ortto?**

I like using Ortto because it allows me to segment data by demographic, behavioral, or budget aspects, making it easier to know what actions to apply in each customer category. Additionally, I really appreciate how it allows adding detailed information about each customer and creating invaluable summaries based on their status. I also value Ortto's analytics, which are quite easy to interpret, saving me time in analyzing results.

Sometimes I feel that the Ortto portal is mainly intended for companies with several years of experience, which can make it a bit complicated to use for companies like mine that, although we have many years of operation, are just now applying these types of systems and the adaptation is a bit slow. Additionally, the initial setup was complicated since we had never used systems like these and did not have the proper training, which took us weeks to be able to use it correctly.

It was an excellent way to quikly revise and test ideas. Easy to use. I used it almsot daily for a quite a while when doing emails and newsletters as the community manager for an edtech startup.

I sometimes got conflicting information on how results would rank with the audience, and sometimes the results would be repetitive.

It's a good way to test ideas and get and review data. It made completing newsletters and mass emails very easy.

Most of the features are locked behind the premium version of Ortto, and this caps the efficiency and reliability of the app

**What do you like best about Ortto?**

I appreciate that the CDP is integrated, allowing us to involve the engineers only once. This integration enables us to utilize the activities across our communications and dashboards effectively. The dashboards have also been incredibly helpful, providing real-time data analysis of our activities. Lastly, the ability to leverage this data and target audiences on Google and Facebook is fantastic for our marketing team. Customer support is always available for us and the onboarding was great.

**What do you dislike about Ortto?**

I wish there were more integration with the CDP and that the existing ones would work both ways. For example, we would love to be able to push our activities from ORTTO to other tools like GA4 or Intercom.

**What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us to centralise data without implementing a full CDP solution and reuse the data within our communication.

It's a perfect combination of a system that is extremely powerful but also very intuitive and easy to use. 

It works extremely well with Salesforce. 

The support team is very knowledgeable, responsive and proactive in helping to solve any questions or issues we have. 

The support during implementation was fantastic.

Honestly there is nothing I dislike. There are some features I'm keen to see added like conversational messaging, but that's about it.

**What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ortto has allowed us to bring all our data into one system and link salesforce with our website and event forms so that we have a clear view over supporter engagement and flows. The integrations and API has allowed us to basically achieve everything we need.

**What do you like best about Ortto?**

The UX design itself makes using Ortto a pleasure; the functionality is top, I don't have any complaints except I'm not using it to it's full extent because it's always got more to offer than we've got time to implement - a good problem to have! Support and account managers are amazing too, really can't complain about anything.

**What do you dislike about Ortto?**

Nothing comes to mind - I guess it's very sophisticated so as I said, it's evolving at a faster pace than our business needs - this isn't a bad thing.

**What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of all our marketing and comms and supporting with UX via integration of user research touch points. Reporting and syncing helps us better understand our customers and we're able to efficiently tie together a lot of product and marketing requirements in one tool.

**What do you like best about Ortto?**

Ortto makes it really easy to create and manage customer journeys. The drag-and-drop builder is straightforward, and we were able to launch our first automated campaigns quickly. I also like that it pulls in data from different sources, so we can segment audiences without constantly leaning on engineering. The UI is clean, and the support team is responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions.

**What do you dislike about Ortto?**

As our needs have grown, we’ve noticed limitations in reporting and advanced segmentation. Custom dashboards are not as flexible as we’d like, and sometimes we need more detailed attribution than Ortto currently provides. The pricing also scales up quickly as your contact list grows.

**What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ortto has helped us centralize customer data, making segmentation much faster and more accurate.

1. Solid drag&drop builder. No crazy bells and whistles, but an all around solid template builder that ensures consistent results in all major email providers.
2. Vast data connection options - it's very easy to create and connect different external activities and additional parameters on which to later base segmentation or automations. The opportunities here are limitless.
3. Very quick and pleasant customer service. The agents are knowledgeable and reply fast.

Lead scoring and number of audiences you can have has very low hard limits based on subscription plans.

It's very easy to set up new Acitivities in the CDP for segmentation or automations, without the need to involve developers or BI.

I enjoyed the 'Visual Journey' aspect of the product as well as the way it offers multiple avenues to reach patients— text, in-app, and email!

The variety of ways that are offered to reach our patients is very beneficial. It's a nicely customizable product to tailor to certain patient demographics/behaviors. It's helped when promoting whitening specials or Invisalign events.

I love being able to create journeys easily and that are visually easy to view/present. We use Ortto everyday, and the customer support is good. Integrates well into Salesforce.

Requires a lot of attention to detail with email rules and the opt out preferences cannot be tailored as well as we'd like. It is not super easy to implement, but once you learn you understand it.

The actual content creation page is also user friendly and has a number of great features for customisation and optimisation. **What do you like best about Ortto?**

The UI is very clean and intuitive, which makes the process of campaign building very easy and natural - a real benefit in our already busy days. 

The customer support is a real standout too, because I've now reached out to the team about 3 or 4 times over the last 12 months and they never fail to address our our queries over live chat promptly, professionally and with a really good nature.

This makes a huge difference in the overall experience and a big part of the reason we continue to use  Ortto and recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about Ortto?**

There are a couple of glitches here and there, but nothing serious. 

We find that when we are testing emails some of the publishing looks 'a bit off' compared to the finished product, making it harder to feel sure about the final appearance. In saying this, some of this could be due to various email clients like Outlook365. 

While the personal tech support is fantastic and better than most SaaS products we use, the self-serve articles aren't always as helpful. I've found myself a bit frustrated that I can't look up an answer and instead need to start a chat.

Ortto helps us communicate to our entire audience broken up into various subsets. They are distinct audiences and Ortto makes it possible to house all the info in one place, while running various activities/campaigns simply and quickly.

Ortto has several great features; for example, it integrates with customer relationship management systems, enables email marketing, and helps generate and qualify sales leads through lead scoring and ROI reporting. Our sales staff benefits greatly from lead tracking and segmentation, as it allows them to send more relevant and targeted messages. I really like the ability to track interaction on channels that are difficult to qualify with personalized remarketing. One of the most useful features is the ability to monitor campaigns in real time; this allows us to make quick adjustments to our tactics, which in turn increases the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing efforts.

Sometimes, technical support does not react quickly enough to fix major issues, which has been a problem for us.

By integrating Ortto into our marketing automation platform, we were able to launch more accurate campaigns, which in turn increased the caliber of our leads and facilitated better communication among our sales staff. Maybe the only improvement could be to add a function to be able to include someone in the CC for links to send an email. (So in an email campaign, there is a button that direct the custoemr to write an email, now it is possible to add someone as a recipient, but not in CC).

I’ve been in web development and support roles for over 20 years. I’ve used thousands of SaaS products and services. I’m delighted with the level of pre-sale and after-sale support at Ortto.

Ortto staff patiently and intelligently answered many many pre-sale questions over a long period.

And the support after we jumped on board has been exceptional from everyone I’ve dealt with at Ortto who have gone above and beyond - actually taking the time to read my questions and understand what I’m asking, anticipate needs, follow-up, be pro-active and offer great advice.

They are also encourage feedback and feature requests and are open about the product roadmap.

We are only about 6 months in, so haven't fully explored all the product has to offeryet, but so far, well done on a great, easy to use product, and an exceptional support team.

For a smaller business or NFP, it could be on the expensive side.

**What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an NFP that uses Salesforce, Ortto is helping us with lead generation, retention, scale, supporter satisfaction, connection and engagement. It's enabling us to better understand our supporters and provide value to them, with messaging tailored to their specific needs and interests.

**What do you like best about Ortto?**

We had some trouble pushing data from a custom form to Ortto, and Élio helped me with live debugging, so it worked. In the end, it was easier to implement than I thought, which was great.

**What do you dislike about Ortto?**

Ortto offers the possibility to send JSON object to a custom activity, but doesn't seem to offer any solution to actually work with the JSON data.

**What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ortto helps us to map our user's journey on the website and at the same time makes it possible to also use that data for future campaigns.

**What do you like best about Ortto?**

Ortto is extremely easy to use and has just about all of the functionality we could ask for. When there's something they dont have, we can use their feature request portal to ask for a new feature. They release a bunch of new functionality all the time, and take user feedback into account. 

If I have any questions or need any help with anything I'm trying to do, their support widget is always there, and their team always responds in minutes. We try to emulate our support and documentation after Ortto's.

**What do you dislike about Ortto?**

There isn't much to not like about Ortto. A few limitations with reporting and actions that can be taken using people vs orgnanizations, but it seems like these will likely be added in the future based on how receptive they are to user feedback.

Marketing automation for user adoption and feedback

**What do you like best about Ortto?**

Orrto's customer service team is nothing short of exceptional. They immediately (and frequently) solve any issue I come up against using this platform with pateince and great information and sometimes even videos. I have never encountered a virutal customer service system that is so good. Hats off to the team.

**What do you dislike about Ortto?**

Orrto is fantasic in what it allows you to do, but it is not very intuitive to the lay person who is used to more simple applications like Mailchimp. Having said that, there are plenty of learning resources availabel, and a fantastic support team that helps you through any teething issues.

**What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orrto is very flexible in its uses and has really elevated our email game when it comes to communicating with stakeholders.

**What do you like best about Ortto?**

UX is very (I mean VERY) streamlined and polished, easier to learn and use for "non-technical people" than other platforms. Lots of integrations with main CRMs and Zapier. Fair partner program and collaborative support team.

**What do you dislike about Ortto?**

Journeys are "one way" and don't allow branches, so some complex journeys require a bit of "imagination". Some features require Business plan, which is 299USD to start, and some companies might find it a bit pricey to start.

**What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email and SMS nurturing journeys can be done in hours, are flexible to modify and can be deployed via API, which also has a callback to get data outside Ortto. For less technical uses, the app is quite easy to implement, and has a lot of options.

**What do you like best about Ortto?**

I was having problems with an email builder and had to switch on the last minute to the ortto e-mail builder. I was able to understand how it works in a few hours and setup a full campaign with workflows. The team is supportive and they answer fast when you need help. Great investment.

**What do you dislike about Ortto?**

There should be more creative formatting options in the email builder, but I understand that not everything works for every email provider.

**What do you like best about Ortto?**

The UX is really clean and platform is easy to understand and use. The workflow builder is intuitive and there are lots of options to build and customize emails to look and feel the way you want them to. The audience filters are powerful in the sense that you can combine contact and company properties together, and still get instant results - something I've not seen in more well known CRMs that I've used.

They've also got awesome customer support who are really prompt responding, though sometimes the resolutions that they give can be a bit hit and miss.

**What do you dislike about Ortto?**

To be honest, there's not much to dislike about Ortto except that they are expensive and glitchy. For example, there was an important campaign that we ran where the branching logic hinged on a date comparison. Contacts were supposed to go down branch A if they entered the sequence before a particular date, and branch B otherwise. It worked fine when we tested prior to launch. On the day we set it live, for some unknown reason the logic went the other way and contacts that were supposed to go down branch A went to branch B and vice-versa. We had to halt the campaign and do damage control. This was just one of multiple glitchiness that we experienced on the platform. Needless to say, we had reliability issues with Ortto after that.

I also dislike that they can't properly attribute a conversion. On many occasions, I've seen the same conversion attributed to more than one campaign. And that makes it a challenge to gauge performance of campaigns.

The other I dislike is the global send frequency cap for all contacts. Would have made more sense if we were able to override the cap for a select number of users for testing stuff. Then we wouldn't have to impact all customer and leads by removing the global cap.

We needed a platform that could do campaigns and capture leads on our marketing website

**What do you like best about Ortto?**

We started using Ortto for our business a few months ago. We work with it on a daily basis. Besides the fact that it's a very intuitive platform that does what it's supposed to, the most outstanding thing to mention is their support. Our account manager is amazing to work with, super quick with answering questions and solving problems. Their whole support team in general is probably one of the best I've ever worked with. They are fast, helpful, and it seems like they have great processes in place to make sure they can work in an efficient way.

At this point, there is nothing I can think of.

**What problems is Ortto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's automating our marketing process and is replacing our old CDP in the long run.
