What do you like best about OrthoTrac?

Orthotrac makes going digital from old school paper filing SO easy! The switch was simple, of course normal learning curves but it is so nice to have everything about 1 patient in their file easy to search for instead of searching for a physical piece of paper. What do you dislike about OrthoTrac?

Sometimes it can be not so user friendly. I found myself or someone had to call a few times to understand how to run a report or get certain information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering OrthoTrac:

Don't skip anything in a patient file when filling everything out. Details are KEY and Orthotrac has the capability to have every answer possible in each file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OrthoTrac solving and how is that benefiting you?

Switching to digital files and realizing we have been living in the past for too long!!! Using orthotrac to its' full capability for everything for a patient- from initial consultation to removal of braces is AMAZING. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
