Allowing the flexibility for anyone to create workflows that suits their business requirements.

We have various workflows that are tailored to our requirements.

It very easy to implement and integrate with other systems like Netsuite

Its simple and inituitive enough that it guides users through the flows.

The brilliant customer support team at ORO that is always around to answer and resolve questions, listen to feedback and bring in new enhancements and features.

What do you like best about ORO Labs?

There is a lot you can customize with ORO. You can build custom flows, reports, and dashboards. The team is quick to respond with issues and changes. They are open to new ideas and challenging them to do things they havent thought to do before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reports take a bit to load and I wish there was ability for us to create our own reports without needing the ORO team but I think they said they are working on it. I think the layout could use a little refinement but its improving constantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ORO Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Oro is helping to solve our entire P2P system and going to support our efforts for compiance, centralizing our requests, spend and negotations. All of our departments including Finance, Accounting Ops, IT, Security, Legal teams will know who has seen the request or contract and of they've approved. It will be transparent to all of our requestors where their requests are and how long each process takes.

The system will also automate our supplier onboarding, supplier risk assesments, tie in our approval workflows and payables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ORO Labs?

Easy of use for procurment but more important is the usability for business requester. It allows us to be compliant to our policies, and drives end to end effiencies of our procurement and other procesess including temp labor and heath care professional and supplier management. What do you like best about ORO Labs?

It is a great tool to use for project management. I have worked with Oro to develop a lot of features which improved our user experience. As a startup company, Oro did very well on delivering the tool as I have visioned in my mind. Oro have been growing a lot in terms of bugs fixing and feature enhancement. Amazing workflow orchestration with easy integration to existing SAP MDG and other Procurement systems. ORO solves Bank Account Fraud by implementing a compliant workflow with AI's to trusted Databases to validate bank accounts and guarantee 100% correct Bank account updates. Oro will also solve our Supplier Onboarding by creating a front door experience for the business users, where ORO will guide and link Business users.
