The possibility to integrate with internal procurement systems and external data providers for compliance and sustainability checks adds significant value. I also like the quick response from the support team. It seems like a lot of international banks do not participate in the validation tool but our ORO Labs contact says more European banks are targeted for mid September so that is promising. The tool is intuitive as an end user, flexible to build what is needed, and the support team is really committed to building fit-for-purpose workflows. ORO's architecture (through custom forms, progressive engagement and configurable workflows) enables the system to be tailored to the way the users want to work. Easy modifications of intake forms and workflows enable changes as organizations evolve without excessive effort. ORO has been able to address every business problem we wanted in the end to end spend management flow. What they don't do today, they will get to because the system capabilities exist. ORO has added tremendous value to our users through agility, visibility and an easy UX which has in turn lead to widespread adoption, changing the procurement function to a value added partner. ORO manages our entire end to end spend process. It starts with the intake of an intent to spend, approvals, negotiation and contracting, legal / compliance approvals, contract database, vendor onboarding, PO creation and a seamless integration with our finance system, It also provides meaningful insights and reports through strong analytics which is a big value add to our leadership. It has enabled us to be able to influence spend before it occurs, engage the right support functions to ensure strong commercials and governance, streamlined resources towards activities that matter.
