Transparent procurement intake process and easier tracking. Accelerated vendor onboarding and reduced cycle times. Enable all organizations to review their portfolio and do application rationalization. Dedicated customer support makes it easier for procurement teams to deal with technical issues. ORO does offer a set of standard reports, which are helpful for basic tracking and operational visibility. However, I’ve found the reporting suite to be somewhat limited when it comes to executive-level insights. As an executive user, I would prefer having more pre-built, executive-level dashboards focused on KPIs, spend analytics, cycle time trends, and vendor performance—so leaders can make quick, informed decisions —without needing to rely on technical teams for customization or data extraction. ORO Labs is helping us centralize and streamline procurement across the company by acting as a single platform for all purchasing and vendor management activities. It enables teams across functions—such as Finance, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, and AP—to collaborate efficiently within the same workflow. Finance can review and approve spend; Privacy, Risk, and Compliance teams can assess vendors before approval; and Accounts Payable can onboard vendors only after validating critical details like tax ID and bank information. With ORO, we also have a unified view of all approved vendors, a centralized contracts repository, and automated renewal notifications—making it much easier for users to manage ongoing relationships. The platform is user-friendly and can be quickly modified to adapt to fast-changing business conditions for my start-up environment. I appreciate the relative simplicity of the back-end logic and also how I can change the verbiage on the user interface to make the end-user experience logical and straightforward. Stakeholders receive communications through various channels to take action and can follow the full end-to-end process along the way. The engineers and technical support staff are great partners and are committed to my procurement team's and company's overall success. What I like best about ORO Labs is that the platform is very flexible in many ways especially when it comes to Procurement orchestration. ORO can be adapted into many project management capabilities as well, it provides lots of useful features that may the day to day operations extremely efficient and smooth. What I also like about ORO, is the team that supports our team in getting us the help we need or the questions we need answered. The support team is very useful and accessible to our very needs. The downsides of ORO as of right now are not that many but I would say certain features that are yet to become available or any accessible roadmaps to new features and improvements. ORO Labs is solving the procurement orchestration and function by providing many features that Procurement is able to utilize and master for the benefit of our company. ORO Labs has also solved the visual aspect of our day to day operations such as the workflow timeline/tracker, it also provides an amazing audit trail that we can report on and track for internal purposes.
